This loaf will be the best garlic experience you'll have all year. We slowly confit whole garlic cloves in olive oil until they get soft and sweet. Then we mix in chopped thyme, because garlic confit needs a little herbal pop of flavor, you know? It's one of our most popular loaves.
With the amount of garlic in each loaf (the technical term is A LOT), it'll be sure to keep the vampires away... unless you invite them in, of course. Then I can't help you. I don't mess with vampires. My mama taught me better than that.
Try this:
Make a savory bread pudding using your favorite soft herbs (chives, dill, tarragon, etc) and serve it with whipped goat cheese. Whip a few tablespoons of heavy cream to soft peaks, then add in a couple of ounces of soft goat cheese and whisk until combined. Salt and pepper to taste, then serve together.
This loaf is just begging to be reheated in the oven, sliced and served with roasted chicken, fish or a chickpea/bean stew with Iranian flavors. Won't you help it reach it's dream?
