Q: When can I expect my order to be ready after placing an order?
A: We make all of our bread to order. Once you place an order, it generally takes three to four days to prepare your order. Please note: orders are received and processed during our office business hours, Monday-Friday 7am-3pm.
Q: If I place an order for Local Delivery (SF) what day will it be delivered?
A: Currently we have home deliveries Monday-Friday, depending on location, if you have any questions about when an order would arrive please contact us at info@rizeupsourdough.com
Q: When are loaves shipped Via FedEx?
A: Loaves are shipped on Monday-Wednesday to ensure the fastest delivery and get you the freshest bread possible. When you place an order it will ship the following Monday-Wednesday.
Q: I selected local pick up, when will I be able to pick up my loaf?
A: Pick Up time and day depends on the pick up location you selected. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up, see location times and days below:
