This ain’t your average loaf. The Pho Sho is our boldest flavor flex yet—made with 100% pho broth as the liquid base. No water. Just the rich, aromatic essence of star anise, charred ginger, ,Charred Onions roasted bones, and soul.

Inspired by Chi our dough team manager’s return from a trip to Vietnam, this loaf is our love letter to Vietnamese cuisine—a tribute to street food, steam, family meals, and the kind of flavors that stay with you.

Expect deep umami, subtle spice, and a crust that means business. It’s like breaking bread over a hot bowl of pho—but sliced.

 

If you place your order before 10AM on Wednesday, September 17th, you'll be able to pick up your loaf on either Saturday the 20th or Sunday the 21st at any of our weekend farmers markets that you select including our bakery on Howard Street. Loaves bought after that deadline will need to be picked up the following weekend.
