Everything Seasoning Loaf

 

I love bagels, but I was tired of the dough barely having everything seasoning. And why do those toppings always fall off of my damn bagel? 

We gave it the Rize Up treatment: we incorporated everything seasoning throughout the entire loaf, so that even the crumb is perfumed with it. Then we added some more seasoning plus sesame seeds on top. 

And trust, fam. It won't sprinkle on your top, making it look like your mama didn't teach you how to eat. I got you.

 

Try this:

In a savory bread pudding served with a side salad with an acidic vinaigrette 

Make croutons and turn it into a panzanella salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, your favorite herbs and a vinaigrette. 

 

Ingredients: 

  • Rize Up certified organic flour blend (organic wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, organic spelt flour, organic rye flour, organic malted barley flour)
  • Water
  • Sourdough starter (organic wheat flour, water, culture)
  • Topping blend (Sesame seeds, garlic, poppy seeds, onion) & salt, 
  • Dusted with organic red wheat bran, rice flour

 

Made on equipment that also handles soy, milk, and tree nuts (coconut)
