With a start weight of over 1200 grams, this beast is definitely worth every cent! This was a custom creation for some of our retailers with toast programs who needed a savory option. The pan loaf form is super versatile and much easier to slice than our regular loaves. If you love our Everything loaf and want more serving options, you're gonna wanna check this out. 

Try this:

In a fancy grilled cheese, like with Monterey jack cheese, caramelized onions and finely chopped giardiniera (Italian pickled vegetables)

Sliced, toasted, and topped with cream cheese, smoked salmon, chives and capers

Ingredients: 

• Rize Up certified organic flour blend (organic wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, organic spelt flour, organic rye flour, organic malted barley flour)
• Water
• Sourdough starter (organic wheat flour, water, culture)
• Topping blend (sesame seeds, garlic, poppy seeds, onion) & salt, 
• Dusted with organic red wheat bran, rice flour

Made on equipment that also handles soy, milk, and tree nuts (coconut)
