This is a Collaboration to create a garment that represents us and our connection to Juneteenth and the Dream we are moving towards.
Rize Up, WRN FRSH and Knucklesamwick collaborated to make these shirts in celebration of Juneteenth and the freedom to dream dreams bigger than one’s self!
This photograph of a Black farmer was taken in August 1940, during the mid-summer cultivation, near the Mississippi Delta. It represents a new found dream that Rize Up has of owning its own 40 archers and a Mule to farm its own wheat and teach children the importance of reconnecting to our past and our power in growing and providing from the earth!
A representation of a fully integrated farming history.
