Rooted // Country Pan Loaf

This Loaf was custom made for our friends at Rooted Coffee in Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek.

Rooted Coffee is famous for their amazing toast and they needed us to nail a size and shape to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Always up for the challenge, we made a mash-up of our OG loaf and our new found excitement for using our handy dandy bread pans.

  • Rize Up certified organic flour blend (organic wheat flour, organic whole wheat flour, organic spelt flour, organic rye flour, organic malted barley flour)
  • Water
  • Sourdough starter (organic wheat flour, water, culture)
  • Salt
  • Dusted with organic red wheat bran, rice flour

Made with equipment that also handles sesame, soy, dairy milk and tree nuts (coconut)
