  • Due to the recent San Francisco Chronicle article, I have been experiencing unusually high demand, and am doing my best to fulfillorders on a first, come first serve basis. I truly appreciate your support and patience as I work through my backlog – it’s worth the wait!  (If the wait becomes too long, I understand and will cancel and refund if needed so no need to worry.)

 

  • I am the sole baker, prep cook, dishwasher and web administrator, so if you do not get a reply or order confirmation right away, please feel free to text me at 415 218 4031and I will do my best to respond promptly as I can.  Email is harder for me to get to during the day so if you do email, please expect a delay in response (and I strongly prefer to text).

 

  • To ensure freshness, ALL delivery is by 2-day express – this is not an expediting change – your order will be handled on a first come first serve basis.

 

  • If you order a variety of flavored loaves, please note that your order may take longer to fulfill since I make the flavored loaves in batches throughout the week.  For faster deliver, consider ordering single or single type loaves and other flavors by separate order if it’s not important they all come at once.  (I am working on a schedule for flavored loaves that will help me meet orders more quickly and still get some sleep!)

 

  • Thank you for your support, I am grateful for your interest and support – and do hope you will have patience with me!  One day soon I hope to grow and share the administration so I can do what I love best – baking great and innovative sourdough!
